As digital payments are becoming more frequent and easy to donate for social cause. Neerogjeevan Foundation recognizes that all the donations are made under the payment gateway that made erroneously or donors may change their mind. Also Neerogjeevan Foundation will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund

However, Neerogjeevan Foundation is not obliged to make refunds of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued to the donor.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our donation process, we invite you to review our policy on Refund and Cancellation.

The following terms are applicable for any donation that donated to Neerogjeevan Foundation.

You must request Neerogjeevan Foundation in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach Neerogjeevan Foundation within 07 days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:

• Made the donation online by website payment gateway (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Any UPI, and all electronically method)
• Made the Cheque / Demand Draft to Neerogjeevan Foundation
• Dispatched the Cheque / Demand Draft to Neerogjeevan Foundation.
• Paid the cash to Neerogjeevan Foundation.

In order to initiate refund we make a cheque or online transfer. In order to make a cheque donor have to visit the office and collect the cheque if not possible we will make online transfer refund (charges apply).
